Vision:

        The campus is determined to develop Central Sanskrit University as a world class University with a view to establish the glory of Sanskrit learning at global level.

Mission:

        Its mission is to cultivate all the branches of Sanskrit learning and making Sanskrit resources available through modern technologies. It also aims to facilitate comparative Researches or comparative studies between modern Sciences and scientific knowledge of Sanskrit texts. Collecting conserveing / preserving the Manuscripts and editing as well as publishing them are some of the special features of the campus. To run the Ph.D. (Vidyavaridhi) program of the Central Sanskrit University is another concern of the campus.
